Mindful Wellness Psychotherapy

I look forward to hearing your story and witnessing your growth

It may feel overwhelming to consider confronting life challenges, but you don’t have to face them on your own

  • Do you have very high expectations of yourself and routinely go out of your way to please others, yet find it difficult to voice and prioritize your own needs?
  • Are you feeling as though you are unable to communicate and uphold boundaries in personal and professional relationships?
  • Do you wish to explore the impacts of past experiences on your current behaviour and responses?
  • Perhaps you struggle with burnout, self-doubt, and general feelings of uncertainty about the future.

I provide a tailored approach to therapy and specialize in helping clients work toward clarity, hope, and empowerment.

Welcome to Mindful Wellness Psychotherapy. I’m grateful that you have found your way here.

My name is Michelle, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist here at Mindful Wellness Psychotherapy. Additionally, I am an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider and a Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician

I am interested in helping you find your voice to establish and uphold boundaries.

I believe that client strengths are important factors that may be leveraged to promote change and to increase autonomy. As such, my therapeutic vision aims to bring awareness to your personal strengths, improve the quality of your relationships, and to empower you to live a more authentic life.

Together, we can work toward self-compassion, autonomy, and acceptance.
